Official Rules One winner will be randomly selected on April 30 to receive either a free week at Camp Galileo or Galileo Summer Quest. One winner will be randomly selected on April 30 to receive a free week of ESF Summer Camp. Winners will be contacted by email on or around April 30th. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. The prize must be redeemed by September 1, 2012 and has no cash value. Camp Galileo and Galileo Summer Quest is subject to space availability. 1. HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase Necessary to Enter to Win. The Sign Up For Camp Summer 2011 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) ends on April 30, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, entrants must sign up for the Sign Up For Camp newsletter or create a parent account with a valid email address and zip code at the website http://www.signupforcamp.com. Entrants may sign up for the newsletter or parent account once per person. However, additional entries may be obtained by writing a camp review or sharing a their Sign Up For Camp calendar with a friend. 2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be current legal residents of the U.S. (excluding military bases overseas, Puerto Rico, and its Territories) who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of Sign Up For Camp and their immediate family members and those living in their household, and each person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible. 3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF CHOSEN ENTRANT AND RELEASE. On April 30, 2012 (“Drawing Date”), 2 (two) entrants will be selected at random by a representative of Sign Up For Camp from among all eligible entries received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period (the “Selected Entrant”). The Selected Entrant will be required to respond (as directed) to the phone and/or e-mail notification within 72 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond to the notification within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case Sign Up For Camp may randomly select an alternate Selected Entrant from among all remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited by law, the Selected Entrant may also be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility / liability / publicity release (“Release”) within a specified period of time, and to provide name, U.S. Social Security Number (for tax form purposes), birth date, current address, and phone number. An Alternate Selected Entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a Selected Entrant: (i) cannot be reached after diligent effort; (ii) fails to provide required signatures on the Release; or (iii) cannot accept, receive, or qualify for the prize for any reason. |
