About The School of Rock
The School of Rocks in Fort Washington and Main Line are offering three sessions of Summer Performance Camp. This program focuses on improving performance and musical skills by covering music theory, instrumental and rehearsal techniques and performance practice. It’s a great way to learn a lot in a short amount of time and prepares kids for our year-round program should they decide to join. Guitarists and bassists should bring their own instruments, while SOR will supply the amps and effects. Drummers and keyboardists can use our own in-house professional equipment. Space is limited to 20 students per session to maximize the one-on-one attention given to each student. Note: Basic performance proficiency is required for this program, as it's meant for students who, at a minimum, are able to play basic basic chords and rhythms.
