Heroix is a fun new kids program that teaches leadership, fitness, confidence, discipline and awareness through teamwork, training and mentorship. Our engaging curriculum offers your child the opportunity to make friends, have fun and be part of a team while promoting practical skills and a healthy lifestyle. Our programs in cheerleading, self defense and fitness include community projects and performances. We incorporate elements of fitness training, dance, martial arts, gymnastics, arts & crafts, nutrition, conflict management and community service. Through Heroix, your child will embody the true spirit of a hero!

The 2 women who run this camp are great: very organized and motivating and good communication to the parents. They even provide free food. One of the days was 'bring a friend day' for no extra charge. The camp had many more smaller kids (under 8) than I had expected and my 9 and 10 year old weren't quite thrilled to be the oldest. The setting is a bit bleak as it's inside a gym although the boxing ring was a hit, as was being able to watch folks spar. Daily trips outside were considered fun (including water balloon fights). Overall fun was had even though nothing particularly stunning was learned. Very friendly atmosphere created by Alexis and Arielle.
