Do you love to bake? Have you ever thought about becoming a pastry chef or owning a bakery one day? Come spend the week with an award-winning pastry chef and immerse yourself in the world of baking. You will learn to make cakes and frostings--along with some great decorating techniques--plus tarts, pastries and breads. Each day, Cindy will focus on mastering a skill, and you will finish something delicious to take home and share with your family and friends. Some of the recipes will include Cinnamon Rolls and Maple Pecan Sticky Buns; Chocolate Mousse Cakes Wrapped with a Chocolate Band; French Almond Macaroons; and Lattice-Top Summer Berry Pie.
