NEW THIS YEAR: the de Young Museum is offering 4 special camp sessions designed for artists age 12 - 14.
Get inspired through exploring the galleries of this world class museum, then delve in to art making through classes taught by professional artists and art educators. At our full day summer camp, young artists spend the majority of their day in the studio, creating art, experimenting with new materials, refining technique, and finding new ways to express their unique artistic vision. Between morning and afternoon sessions, campers will get to know each other over a long lunch and stretch their legs outside in Golden Gate Park.
