About Kathi O'Leary Photography
Kathi O'Leary is a professional portrait photographer based in San Francisco who dedicates a portion of her business to teaching children and adults to love photography. Through her classes and workshops, held in her photo studio or on location, students learn to express themselves with a camera of any type and to see their world in new ways. Kathi treats students with respect and holds them to high standards of photography regardless of age or expertise, while making the process fun.
Now in her 10th year of photo school, Kathi teaches all summer, afterschool, on school breaks, and has special Friday night classes and weekend field trips. Graduates of her introductory classes move on to advanced topics and skills. She also hosts portrait parties where studio light photos taken of the guests, by the guests are the party theme and activity.
