About Moorestown Theater Company Summer Stage '11
Summer Stage '11 is an all-day (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) summer camp, with three different three-week sessions, that focuses solely on Musical Theater. Summer Stage '10 was named the 'Best Summer Camp' by the readers of 'SJ Magazine' in its August 2010 Readers' Poll issue. Now in its sixth year, MTC's Summer Stage is named in tribute to Upper Darby (PA) Summer Stage, of which Camp Director Mark Morgan is a proud alumnus (as is Tina Fey of "30 Rock" and "Saturday Night Live!"). A typical day for campers includes morning classes from 9 AM to Noon (in drama, improv, music, and dance), an hour lunch break / play time from Noon to 1 PM (campers must bring their lunch from home each day), and afternoon rehearsals from 1 to 4 PM (when campers rehearse for that session's musical). At MTC's Summer Stage '11, we believe that "Musical Theater is a team sport!".
Multiple Session Discount: When you register for Session I or II with Session III, we will deduct $25 from each session, a total savings of $50.
